Return Shipping
Returns are to be shipped back to us at your own expense unless the item is defective or incorrect. Please use a reliable shipping service and keep the tracking information for your records.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.
